Our Management
The Organizational Structure of Monareng Academy is comprised of the Governing Committee, Facilitators, Project Co-ordinator, Bookeeper, Cooker, Cleaner and the Caretaker.
The governing committee is constituted by at least seven members from the parents and serves as an oversight governing body, who meet on quarterly bases to review their oversight governing role and consult with the Project Co-ordinator on management and administrative progressive or developing matters.
The Project Co-ordinator undertakes a managerial role and responsible for the organizational planning, coordination and management of the entire centre operations and holding all of the personnel accountable for their designated duties, and also to ensure facilitation of personnel progressive capacity development mechanism
There is an Bookeeper who executes the accounting and bookeeping duties and responsible for maintaining records and other secretarial duties and all of the general office work. Monareng Academy has five practitioners.
Monareng Academy envisages to enroll total of 75 students in different stages and categories of classes and seeks to employ the following staff members:
